What are the best aspects of this product?

Great online payment gateway that offers many incredible capabilities such as the card hold and multivendor features, Braintree benefits the business in various ways. We got to offer our clients many payment methods as well as confidence to shop with us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there’s anything to dislike about the product it would be the admin dashboard. You still need to go to search in order to find transactions and customers easily. But it’s not a deal breaker. A little improvement in this aspect will make things perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to give our customers an option to handle their own payments by embedding the platform within our own system. Aside from that, this solution has made it easier for us to manage customer payments as well as subscription payments.
