PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It took two weeks to approve and integrate Braintree product. The whole process was without any troubles and its support team is very helpful and responsive. As a developer I love the API and Java SDK. The documentation is extremely easy to navigate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We thought that the approval process was quick, but they required more than 5 documents even a copy of ID. Someone might think that all these requirements are needless and too much but in my opinion it is great step for better security.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to provide fast service to fellow developers and I’m glad that our online payment system is in place. We operate online since our business is SaaS. It helps us to be more flexible with the pricing plans and the invoice management. We also want to implement the subscription management.
