Braintree is really helpful for our new platform

What are the best aspects of this product?

Believe it or not, you have free transaction fee for 50K with Braintree system. In addition, I really like that the system is backed up by paypal. We managed to implement API into our platform and to include credit card payments from our buyers and even admins are allowed to refund the buyer . We needed less than 3 days to integrate the product and to understand all its apps. Its support team is wonderful and always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe they would but their BT developers to do the integration process from the start.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the past where we used Wordpress platform we had only one payment method and this made such a mess when dealing with payments and solving issues with the payments. Thankfully, when we started with new platform we found this system that helps us to automate and clean up whole process and to get the payment in one way and to solve evey issue related to payments and refunds.
