What are the best aspects of this product?

I like its quality of service and security. I also like the ease of retrieving credit cards to charge through our Point-of-sale software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, there’s nothing to dislike about this system. But just like any other system out there, there’s still room for improvement. Specifically, I wish there’s an easier way to manage several different accounts at once.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Basically, this platform has made it easier to manage and process payments. I use this platform to charge late fees and take customer payments. And the best thing is that they don’t charge cross-border or foreign exchange fees.
