PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

They have a really solid customer support team backing up their whole operation. They were able to get back to me with a solution to my query in just a day or two. I’ve also compared their fees with other payment portals. So far, Braintree has the lowest fees out of all my options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This solution isn’t especially friendly to start-ups such as myself. I’m only just starting up my business and I don’t know much about security stipulations. After much research, I’ve been able to successfully set-up my account. Again, their support team was there to help me out the whole time too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been able to carry out transactions with my clients without any unnecessary fees in practically every point of processing. It has an intuitive design that makes it easy for me to figure things out right away.
