What are the best aspects of this product?

Unfortunately, the small businesses are targeted by fraudsters and we had bad experience with this kind of issue in the past and it cost us huge amount of money because we used old payment verification system. Now with Braintree Payments we feel even more secure and we don’t have to worry about fraudulent experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to follow all the sign-up procedures and read all the documentation, we had an issue where customer missed step and he was refunded the money. The issue was solved perfectly but it was really complicated and frustrating at the beginning.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to avoid and decrease in fraud attemts and chargeback claims. I love when our our customers feel more confident to shop with us because of this program security levels. The refund process is easy to follow and are able to accept multiple forms of payment.
