What are the best aspects of this product?
Branch has been so helpful in getting me and my team to keep track of our individual schedules. It's also more convenient to reach out to colleagues who can cover my shift if needed, or if I'm needed to cover theirs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if there's an option to opt-out of notifications for messages sent to all staff.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Now we all know who's covering what shift. I don't have to physically go to our store, or call someone just to find out if everything's ok, schedule-wise.
