Branch Review

PROS: I love this app! It's so user-friendly and simple. To date, the feature I love most is the auto-downloading of the schedule for each staff and the hours they've worked for a certain period.

CONS: I have nothing to report in terms of dislikes about Branch.

PROS: With Branch, we're able to collect customer data across all channels that prevent duplicates and culls more accurate business transactions, regardless if it was done through an Android or an IOS operating system. Their support service team is tops: they're friendly, patient, and every-ready to respond and help us resolve our issues.

CONS: Branch could take less time to learn and strategize with. It could also be more intuitive, especially in terms of retaining the highest possible amount of turnover and daily users who go to the site.

PROS: I like that I get to post the schedule of my team so it's more convenient for them to receive updates as well.

CONS: None so far.

PROS: It's great to be notified about the start of my shift ahead of time and on a regular basis.

CONS: I wish I can access my colleague's contact details in case I need to reach them via regular messaging instead of the app.

PROS: I like that it's so easy to access and use: from viewing the calendar, to publishing a tweaked shift. Branch makes it so simple for admins and managers to share information with their teams. Notes are also easily shared after meetings. It's also useful to be receiving mobile notifications about the start of my shift as a reminder.

CONS: It would be helpful to have more project management tools that will allow us to monitor the progress of company changes as and when they happen, to develop the culture of transparency between the leadership team and the staff.

PROS: I like that I'm able to trade shifts with my colleagues a lot more easily, even from home.

CONS: I wish I can access Branch using the same number as my colleagues.

PROS: We're able to easily access our team's schedules and everyone can also post messages on the app, which is a valuable tool for employee engagement.

CONS: Fewer lags and glitches can avoid duplicate posts. It would also be helpful for the auto pop-up questions to be more relevant and all-encompassing, rather than focusing on a single recurring theme.

PROS: By far the feature that has helped me so much is being able to take a photo of the schedule once it's available, and then immediately made available to everyone in our team.

CONS: The delay when the app opens or seeing the schedule or shifts could be avoided in the future.

PROS: I love that Branch enables me to sync my schedule on my personal calendar on the cloud. I'm able to schedule appointments and dates with my wife outside the hours I need to work.

CONS: It would be more helpful if the how-tos are indicated for each app feature, especially for those who are using it for the first time. For example, I only found out about swiping notifications left and right by looking it up on the web.

PROS: Branch has been so helpful in getting me and my team to keep track of our individual schedules. It's also more convenient to reach out to colleagues who can cover my shift if needed, or if I'm needed to cover theirs.

CONS: It would be great if there's an option to opt-out of notifications for messages sent to all staff.

PROS: I like that our whole team can see our schedule in one place. I also like receiving reminders when I need to get to work -- it's very helpful.

CONS: It would be great if the images would remain consistent regardless of the page view.

PROS: It's an amazing app because I immediately find out what my schedule will be right after my boss uploads it on Branch. Our employee communications are also improved because we can swap shifts through the messaging tool, or even just share inspiring quotes or messages. Tardiness is also avoided because Branch notifies us about the start of our shift at least two hours in advance. I highly recommend teams struggling with scheduling to use this app.

CONS: None. It's perfect for me!

PROS: It's great that I get to check my schedule anytime, and in case there are changes.

CONS: It would be greater if we can also update old schedules to reflect covered shifts.

PROS: I love that Branch makes it so seamless for me to track my schedule. I get notified about any changes, which is very helpful.

CONS: I wish the constant improvements can be more phased so that the adjustments are also gradual.
