I love that Branch makes it so seamless for me to track my schedule. I get notified about any changes, which is very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the constant improvements can be more phased so that the adjustments are also gradual.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're all accountable for our own shifts now, so we don't have to deal with scheduling issues anymore.
