By far the feature that has helped me so much is being able to take a photo of the schedule once it's available, and then immediately made available to everyone in our team.

The delay when the app opens or seeing the schedule or shifts could be avoided in the future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am able to get notified in advance when my shift starts, and it helps me cover for someone else or have someone else cover for me in cases of emergency.
