We're able to easily access our team's schedules and everyone can also post messages on the app, which is a valuable tool for employee engagement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Fewer lags and glitches can avoid duplicate posts. It would also be helpful for the auto pop-up questions to be more relevant and all-encompassing, rather than focusing on a single recurring theme.

Branch has solved our company communications and scheduling issues. Everyone can check their schedule on their mobile phones at any given time, wherever they are. Plus points for reminder notifications too. People can easily cover for available shifts because of the messaging tool. Our teams feel more empowered and connected.
