What are the best aspects of this product?

It's great that I get to check my schedule anytime, and in case there are changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be greater if we can also update old schedules to reflect covered shifts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's now easier to ask for shifts to be covered and for people to volunteer to cover shifts as and when needed, without unnecessary confusion.
