What are the best aspects of this product?

I like most about Brand 24 because it's effortless to learn how to use the platform and share it with our colleagues. You must know what's happening around social media and figures out what people say about your company. The mentions and the hashtags certainly play a significant role in improving how you deliver things and resolve issues with your clients. You don't need to be an expert in programming for you to enjoy using this product. Besides, there is always a team of people who can help you deal with challenges that you may encounter with the systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does the job of collecting customer feedbacks all over social media effectively. It also comes with an accurate reporting feature that helps me plan my next steps. So I guess that I have nothing to complain about with Brand24.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has changed the way on how we provide better services to our clients. We mustn't wait for them to call us and complain or rant out their feelings on social media, affecting our company's reputation. I honestly do not have the time to go through all social media pages on a day to day basis. That is why I use Brand24 to filter all of those comments and mentions. All these data would help me analyze past, existing, and recurring problems to find more ways to enhance our services.
