What are the best aspects of this product?
Live alerts and automated sentiment analysis as well as filters working for me the best! Influencer score feature is truly superb!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to have an option of CSV sheet so I could import all the websites as spam and ignore them in my future projects.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
API would definitely help and CSV sheet.

I am using brand24 specifically to track online mentions of specific products . Brand24 does great job of notifying me what is happening online so that way I can always join into conversation!
