I love its ease of use and versatility. I can pull up the essential information that I can use for my research projects. Also, it gives me meaningful insights from a customer standpoint which is vital so we can continue to develop our products to be better and more competitive.

It’s hard to pull up the records of past mentions/comments for different brands. That is why it's essential to track them regularly.

Being able to see how our company brands are doing in the local market. Keeps you informed of all the hashtags and do some trend analysis to help increase sales and brand awareness. Being able to reach out to dissatisfied customers and take accountability for your company’s mistakes/shortcomings.
