If you want your business to be successful and fair in the market, it is essential to find a tool that can help you get honest feedback from clients. Most people nowadays prefer to express their opinion using their social media accounts, hoping that someone would respond to them. Brand24 allows you to solve a lot of problems/complaints and change the image of your company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform for mobile users is not as efficient as the ones installed in computers. They should develop this feature so more people can utilize this while not working inside the office.

I believe that I made a good choice by suggesting that we acquire Brand 24 to bring positive changes to our company. Customer Service does not have to be done through traditional phone calls or emails only, but it should also be extended in social media platforms. Reading all the mentions regarding your products and service allows you to improve how certain things are being done. Brand 24 can even come up with suggestions that you can apply to make your clients feel important.
