It gives you a summary of meaningful content from clients that you can use to your advantage to make things better. The UI is impressive for my taste, plus it's easier for me to gather much-needed information and collect additional leads that I could convert into a customer. With the help of Brand24, I reached out to frustrated clients by merely reading their posts on social media. Most of them were surprised that I took the time to read them and find a way to fix the problem. Also, the support team of this product is always there to provide us with immediate assistance.

We are relatively new with this product, so we haven’t explored the product further. It does not require you to have the expertise to become comfortable in navigating the tool.
