What are the best aspects of this product?

Brandwatch is not simply a tech product, it is a life savior. We like the streamlined pricing and the customization, but the real blessing in disguise was customer support. We went through a detailed training, and we've been able to get professional assistance every time we needed it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I understand Brandwatch is still work in progress, but some LinkedIn monitoring would be a nice addition. I hope they will introduce it soon!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We made use of literally every function, from the highly-modifiable dashboards to public affairs and investment relations, which means Brandwatch is present in every aspect of our work providing us maximal value.Soon, we'll use it to explore focal groups among our audience, and I can only imagine how helpful Brandwatch is going to be.
