What are the best aspects of this product?
Brandwatch is not simply a tech product, it is a life savior. We like the streamlined pricing and the customization, but the real blessing in disguise was customer support. We went through a detailed training, and we've been able to get professional assistance every time we needed it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I understand Brandwatch is still work in progress, but some LinkedIn monitoring would be a nice addition. I hope they will introduce it soon!
