What are the best aspects of this product?

I've gone through a lot of tools and apps over the years. I've explored those that constantly monitors and researches online social activivity. Thing is, most of these tools fail to rake in historical data and never offered insight in already occurring activities. But Brandwatch has gone against the grain and proved things differently compared to other tools.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's never a perfect product. And there are certain caveats with Brandwatch. Its pricing is a major concern. But the service it offers is highly valuable and is accordingly priced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of our major projects of interest was acquiring historical regarding a campaign that was operated on and finished a couple years back. Thanks to Brandwatch, I get to research on a certain hashtag online. I saw a lot of useful data statistics. Each statistic detail has a lot in every area.
