What are the best aspects of this product?

The query wizard has been a huge help in kickstarting a query. It can then be used in customizing your needs. This saved so much time for our team. Has a user-friendly UI in guiding us throughout the entire process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Historical data is missing. Brandwatch is only capable of housing mentions within their archive that were put together from older queries. If you're in need of complete coverage, you'll have to pay. An add-on needs to purchased.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using Brandwatch in swiftly gather customer intelligence. We've also been using it for gathering the latest social trends and spotting influencers. We get to learn about consumer groups and industries that we don't know much about. I've yet to run into an assignment where Brandwatch didn't do well in delivering our much-needed social intelligence.
