What are the best aspects of this product?

Over my years spent in the digital world, I've been given the chance to look into third party listening devices. One of their biggest mistakes is that while they appear visually appealing, they fail to offer what you're actually paying them for. Brandwatch has been that tool that lets me swim around data pools. It gives me unlimited option in shaping, slicing, and showcasing data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I hate with Brandwatch is their listening programs. A majority of them have data that aren't complete. Without having the right access to some data streams, listening services, in some way, are limited in capturing meaningful samples. But I'm assured that the biggest difference in this industry comes from the UX where the spades are in the hands of Brandwatch.

It solved a lot of problems. Coversation audits. Reputation management. The only thing limiting things is your imagination.
