What are the best aspects of this product?

Brandwatch has the friendliest, most entertaining and customizable UI I've used so far, and offers a variety of useful metrics displayed on many special dashboards. The most important advantage according to me is that I get to modify previously tagged data in order to measure results more accurately. I honestly don't think that there is a tool that can help me more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I get confused when setting up my queries, but I guess that's a matter of embracing the program more accurately. I'm still learning how to work with it properly, and I've set up some programming already. My colleagues say I'll master it in no time, and I trust them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Monitoring and analyzing social data, that's it. The tool is very functional, and it simplified our workflow in a way we never expected it.
