What are the best aspects of this product?

Brandwatch does analysis the easy way, and provides a variety of friendly tools that are incredibly easy to understand. I can confidently say it has revolutionized analytics, allowing you ro make search queries in less than no time. What I like the most is that there are numerous charts one could use to classify information, and which look way better than the boring spreadsheets where I couldn't even explain the information I was displaying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The queries can be a bit cumbersome, but that depends on the adjustments you're trying to make, and the data you're adding. Few more integrations would be perfect too, even if in basic versions, and allowing us to pay attention only to the most important metrics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A lot of problems! Our clients now know who their competitors are, and understand their strategies. To us, personally, Brandwatch has been the tool which revealed our strong sides, and we're extremelly happy to have it.
