What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm constantly depending on Brandwatch to keep me informed. It lets me in on things that I really need to know about. Thanks to that, I can now come up with educated decisions. What's more, I always have a surprise waiting for me on the other side.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We're not speedy as that of Brandwatch from time to time. We have a tendency to forget about building queries before we're in need of them. I know all too well how historical data is making things simpler when it comes to usage and request. But still.
