What are the best aspects of this product?

Breezy HR organizes candidates at a glance so it's easy to see what needs to happen next in the application process. It allows you to set up your hiring process in accordance to your business needs. This means many of the steps in the hiring prcoess happen automatically, which saves time and money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For a very small business, it's too expensive to use anything except the free account. We only hire for a few months out of the whole year and we are too small to afford the smallest paid plan option. This entails that we don't get to use the video or reference features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am the only full time staff in my business, so anything that saves me time is invaluable. This tool has helped me save time tremendously in doing the hiring process.
