A ton of functionality built in for a more efficient job hiring process

What are the best aspects of this product?

The user interface is great and there is a ton of functionality built into Breezy HR. I love the in-app communication and scheduling features. There is also the awesome resume-parser and scorecards that lets us compare applicants "apples to apples" regardless of the initial source of the applicant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some problems getting our job listing correctly parsed, listed, and formatted on 2 job listing sites. But the support team was very helpful in getting these issues fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped our small team keep track and engage with our candidates in a more efficient way than other solutions we've tried. We were able to create our job listings, post them to multiple sites, collect applicants, and track candidates throughout the process.
