What are the best aspects of this product?
The company provides a best practice platform that can be
adopted to my organization. I specifically commend the
tally card aspect which I want to be practice in our recruitment
department. By providing career aspirants the opportunity to
rate our performance and cite reasons why is very helpful for
our growth.
It is also inspiring to realize that the designers and operators
are full of vigour in gathering users’ suggestions. There is a
high degree of communication with the company and the
customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be beneficial to have an overall communication
platform with incoming aspirants who are does not have
electronic mail link. Sending message to aspirants with
temporary electronic mail address, using link to have it
enabled is time consuming and does not often generate
successful outcome. I think it would be favourable to have a
communication platform that utilizes LinkedIn, which could
be used by applicants to effectively get links and calendars.
To make it easy to review CV and at the same time viewing
the tally, and reference forms, I suggest there is an app that
makes applicant’s CV protrudes. It would be refreshing to
have that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The calendar link eliminates necessary time and effort
invested to organize communication and timetables. It is
wonderful to have that. It is really great in terms of calling
arrangement, consultations, and generating reactions.
