Easy and friendly to use even for a non-HR professional

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the various options in Breezy HR to communicate within the team and with the applicants. I also like how the whole hiring process is tracked, so there are no worries that the process is not followed. Being a novice in using HR applications, it is an easy and friendly to use software that helps me as a non-HR professional in doing the hiring process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, I could not preview the resumes/applications, so I have to download them. I also find it annoying that the chat option automatically activates with people trying to communicate with you and offer assistance. I appreciate this, but would also like to use this feature only when I really need it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've used it for a short while so far but I find it working well for me. I also appreciate the statistics that showed graphically the number of applicants in total, where they are from, and other information.
