What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is really simple to navigate and easy use. I also appreciate getting a quick response if support is needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Browsing the history of the applicants could be a challenge. Filter search might need to be ugraded for an even better user experience. Also date and time tracking is rarely provided on data/records which is important as it is needed. One last thing is the feedback data does not correspond to what needs to be tracked because of the said concerns.

With all employees and applicants details in one location, it is easier to keep tabs on our recruitment strategy.
