What are the best aspects of this product?

BrightInfo has helped our prepare relevant content to our website visitors. I appreciate the short ramp-up time provided to new users so they can begin seeing results almost immediately. The support team has been great in making sure that we are optimizing the platform fully while keeping us informed on areas we might want to focus. They make sure not only to give us room to grow, but also introduce the features that would be relevant to us as the end-user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I dislike the snippet on widget feature. But that's just it for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We segment our content out based on two different types of prospects. It has been a great help for us in making it easy for the visitor to find the content that is most relevant to their needs. We mange to get more visibility to the content by targeting these visitors more effectively with the tool.
