What are the best aspects of this product?
The user interface is incredibly simple. However, it is equally versatile so it makes a perfect combination. I get all the updates I need to run the software efficiently.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had problems with credit terms being given only at the month end. However, Brightpearl has resolved the issue so i'm happy with it now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before Brightpearl, we used spreadsheets which would be upated by one person. The access to the files was therefore limited. Now, its easier for us to work more efficiently as the order status and inventory is visible to all our staff.

I'm pleased we were able to help with the credit terms. When we hear of something that isn't supporting our customers, we do try whatever we can to change that. I'm glad we were able to here.
