What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, Brightpearl is a complete solution to my business. We can run almost all our business related processes such as accounting, marketing, fulfilment, customers accounts etc. with great efficiency. Hence, it helps us achive our sales targets at a quick pace.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The problems are not too big but they do exist. I can't save certain options which would come in hand next time. It can be a great time saver I believe. Also, I cannot create configurable products because Magento integration doesn't allow it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I have been able to integrate several business areas together. I can easily manage stocks through multiple channels. Therefore, it reduces our cost as well as saves time.

On the configurable products with Magento, there is a workaround which our other customers use.
