What are the best aspects of this product?
Birghtpearl has helped us streamline the operations. Hence the efficiency has improved greatly. Amazon, eBay, Magento integrations have been a huge plus point.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think there is a lot of room for improvement and Brightpearl has made sure that the customers are being listened to. I believe that reporting can be improved and template designs can be upgraded too. Brightpearl has a better html editor as compared to Sage but the latter had better template customization features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Brightpearl has saved a lot of time for our employees. We can fulfill and proces orders in no time now. Account handling, stock management and e-marketing solutions make it a perfect package for our business needs.
