PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really admire the inventory tracking in Brightpearl. It's really simple and reliable too. There are no ambiguities regarding any items so everything is crystal clear. On top of that, the customer support is great. they respond quickly and make sure the problem is resolved. The agents are always there and asking for updates so that we get the best possible services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a little bit laborious when it comes to getting used to the software. The reporting features, tracking, order history are all great but it takes a bit of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously we had trouble with the inventory. We were never sure about our inventory count. Brightpearl has resolved hte issue because it's a ccurate and reliable. A bigger plus point is that we can keep all the data in Brightstore unlike the previous one where we had to keep it separately.

The functionality of the platform is broad to encompass the requirements of our varied customer base so by it's nature there's a lot under the hood. However implementation team take our new customers through the platform as part of their training and show them what they need to know to start out.
