I am very pleased with this platform as we use it in every aspect of our business, from purchasing to inventory and demand forecasting. But what makes this application commendable is its top-notch customer support, always ready to help with every inquiry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would love it if it can integrate with QuickBooks, an accounting software.

Brightpearl saved us a lot of time. We were able to reduce the amount of work in inventory, etc. and, instead, delegate our time to other activities.
