What are the best aspects of this product?
Brink is expandable with our market. It's very user friendly from the Front of House side. Sturdy Hardware. User friendly. The sales department is excellent and at your disposal.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Back of house systems operate only on Silverlight that restricts accessibility to make fly changes. I have to go through more needed help. Hear it modified in 2019
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Sales Management. Clean the API to connect with other services from outside.
