What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoyed the Customer Dialogue between Brink. It was great to learn how other businesses were coping with challenges or what sort of work was being leveraged around people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were a lot of interactions with vendors. I wish I could spend more time focused on Brink related forums.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Brink to leverage both labor and revenue. The biggest advantage of their applications is how advanced the cloud capabilities relative to other systems.

Yes
