The simplicity of the integration process and the usable feature set, when implemented, basically out of the box.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Disliked the Silo'd support team. I would prefer a better cross-communication platform for Brink Support and the API.

The straightforward integration process for our clients. We can be launching new restaurants within a day.
