What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Buffer provides tips/guides that can improve your social media marketing practices such as the perfect time to engage users. I can still keep the social media community engaged even if I'm doing something else because of the schedule post features. I love that it has a free plan that allows you to manage 3 social media accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the desktop and tablet versions of the program are really good and robust, I think the mobile can still be improved and be more functional.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our social media accounts tend to get ignored whenever we become busy in other aspects of the business. Through Buffer our accounts are never neglected.
