What are the best aspects of this product?

I tried other social media management tool and they offer similar set of features but Buffer offers no-nonsense, clear and straightforward solution that allows us to better organize our contents, add posts queues accross social networks and set up posts so we can better engage our users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Monitoring tool needs some improvements and functionality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using this software on a daily basis, and it is extrmely helpful for organizing, scheduling and sharing posts a week ahead at specific time. It helps with maintaining consistent posting schedule for our audience across all social networks.
