What are the best aspects of this product?

Many social media management tools offer similar set of features and this is expected but this one offers no-nonsense, clear and straightforward platform. I am able to organize contents directly into Buffer, add post queues across social networks and set up posts based on user activities and engagements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to improve some monitoring tools and functionality so we can follow conversations across hashtags and accounts. I believe they could make this happen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using Buffer on a daily basis. It helps me to organize, schedule and post every content for a week ahead at specific time. It helps me maintain consistent posting schedule for my audience across social media.
