Easy to use and helps you to be more organized

What are the best aspects of this product?

Buffer is extremely easy to use, it allows me to connect an RSS feed from my website so I can pull in links and photos for Twitter and Facebook posts. Thanks to this one, I can never forget to post a story and I don’t have to spend huge amount of time to execute social media strategy. I am able to switch between multiple accounts and schedule posts, optimizing the time I’m posting. The price is affordable compared to SproutSocialnand other social media systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could make the analytics more advanced especially click through and reach go. I like that I can easily find things on social networks but it would be much better if everything was in one place.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to streamline whole social media process, to schedule posts for few days and reorganized them on what works best. I get notification when queue is finished, this way I can always organize and create new posts. Also, I don’t have to manage a list of links, headlines, photos and social media platforms by myself. I am more focused on providing quality content.
