PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Buffer is great tool for social media marketing and content scheduling. It is simple and straightforward with intuitive UI. It has drag-and-drop feature for the posts so we can easily re-arrange them, we are able to set up a custom time for posting, adjust posting frequency and specific time of the day. Also, its customer service is one of the best, they are very responsive and always ready for help. I love the “Share-next” option for publishing posts for next queue. There is even a feature for submitting post internally for review.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some bugs within UI but I fix this with refreshing the page. Also, the stats in analytics section is not consistent with Facebook stats.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to schedule social media posts across various social networks so it saves lot of time. It helps us to create content and distribute it down the road.
