Good for social media management

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love all the features especially the post creation and scheduling. I also love that I can manage multiple social media accounts in a single dashboard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Buffer has a media library that can provide users some graphics and stock photos.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned, managing multiple social media accounts is easier now because I can do it in a single dashboard. We can also keep up with loads of posts because of the scheduling feature.
