Great tool for social media marketing

What are the best aspects of this product?

Buffer saves us huge amount of time, it allows us to connect with my Twitter, Facebook, Likedin and G+ accounts and to post updates on all these networks from one place. We can schedule posts and send them later. The analytics feature is great as well and we are using it for analyzing what works well and what needs improvements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version has some limitations or they could simply include Pinterest integration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Social media marketing is more than updating channels, it is about finding ways to attract audience and engage them in a way that is best for them. Buffer helps me to find better ways to interact with my audience and to schedule posts on specific time that works best for them.
