This app helps you keep track of all your social media accounts and their activities. It is compatible with any operating system. It also has a mobile app that allows you to access it even if you are in transit. The app is super user-friendly and easy to learn.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not that good when you use it for Twitter because it doesn't allow tagging. You have to go to the Twitter platform if you want to tag a user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm managing 8 accounts and I can do it with ease now.
