What are the best aspects of this product?

Bugzilla contains a plethora of features and can be configured for use in a number of ways. It's a fast tool the leaves very little server footprint. It offers excellent reporting, follow-ups, and searching functionality. Bugzilla is ideal tool for those operating on a budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It appears to be a bit overwhelming. The learning curve is a lot steeper compared to other bug trackers in the market. Serching for bugs take awhile since there are plenty of fields available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been making use of Bugzilla mainly for tracking bugs on a web-based app we were making as well as two additional apps built on it. It's an easy process for logging and doing follow-ups.
