Bugzilla is a good tool but it needs further flexibility when it comes down to customizing fields. In addition, their UI needs some serious makeover.

I love this tool for it's ability to receive e-mail notifications. What's more, customizations has never been this easy. It's a critical tool that lets you do thing at no cost.
