What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really the most with Bugzilla is how you can keep things organized. Assigning bugs can be done on the fly so each team member can fix and monitor the status of each single issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been issues where the UI can be difficult to navigate. There have been instances where I gave up looking for something. Also, the UI is way too bland.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job is to deal and find solutions to bugs in each software. This tool is awesome to have since I can do everything professionally while keeping things organized.
