What are the best aspects of this product?
A tool that's very useful in all aspects. Tracking bugs has never been this easy. It can be installed within the network so it can be used by you and your team offline. Its e-mail notification keeps you updated if new bugs are present. And it's super fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the things I don't favor with this tool is that it becomes a bit challenging to make configurations and challenging to handle it on initial use. It has an old interface that badly needs an improved look. It also won't let you communicate with your bugs via e-mail.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We mainly use Bugzilla for software development. It's proven to be valuable as it's capable of monitoring each bug in your systems. It allows you to know specific system and versions that are in trouble. Severity and priority allows for reference on which bug deserves to be resolved first and foremost.
